Counselor-in-Training

Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program is designed to offer young people (those entering grades 6-8) an opportunity to prepare for positions as camp counselors.  Emphasis is placed upon developing leadership skills and sensitivity in leading children.  Our hope is for these "CITs" to build a skill set while also having fun with their peers.

Club Friendship's Counselor-in-Training Program participants are expected to uphold professional attitudes, communication, values, and character.  They will be responsible for some tasks which help our program to run smoothly.  These responsibilities will include set-up and clean-up of some daily activities.  Space is limited.

 $75/week $20/day
