• Found an error in a question? Tap "Report a problem" under the question in the app: your email app opens with the question details already filled in.
• Restore your subscription on a new device: in the app, Settings › Restore Purchases.
• Keep your progress on a new device or after reinstalling: leave iCloud Sync on (Settings › Data & Sync) and sign in with the same Apple Account.
• Manage or cancel your subscription: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or Settings › Premium › Manage Subscription in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. In the EU and UK you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of your receipt.
• Redeem an access code from your employer or training organization: Settings › Redeem Access Code.

USER PRIVACY CHOICES
No privacy choices required: CLTD Exam Prep 2026 does not collect personal data and does not track you.
All your learning data (quiz scores, progress, study preferences, spaced-repetition state) stays on your device — and, if iCloud Sync is on, in your own private iCloud account — under your sole control. The publisher has no access to it.
Your choices:
• iCloud Sync: turn it off in Settings › Data & Sync to keep progress on this device only (takes effect at the next launch). A few small counters, such as free-plan usage, stay in your private iCloud so reinstalling does not reset the free allowance.
• Delete your learning data at any time with Reset All Progress in the app's Settings (this also clears the synced copy).
What this means for you:
• No account required — nothing to create or delete.
• No learning data held by the publisher — nothing to access, correct or erase.
• No advertising or analytics tracking — nothing to opt out from.
• No data sold or shared with third parties — ever.
App Store privacy label: the only data the publisher receives is an email you choose to send (for example when you report a question or contact support). It is used only to answer you and fix issues, and is deleted on request.
