The Clovis East Baseball Walk-Off Dinner is more than just a night of great food and fun — it’s the heart of our program’s fundraising efforts and one of the most anticipated events of the year. On Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 5:15 to 11:00 PM, we invite all parents and adult supporters (age 21 and over) to join us at the Clovis Rodeo Grounds for an evening that brings the Wolfpack community together in a powerful way.

Guests will enjoy a plated BBQ dinner from Jack’s, featuring tender brisket and pulled chicken, along with a no-host bar, silent and live auctions, a dessert auction, and dancing to close out the night. But beyond the fun, this dinner plays a vital role in funding the needs of our baseball program — from uniforms and equipment to field upkeep, travel, and player development. The money raised helps ensure every athlete has the tools, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.

The Walk-Off Dinner has become a tradition that marks the start of a new season and celebrates the spirit of Clovis East Baseball. Tickets are $50 each or $400 for a table of eight. To reserve your spot, please email Coach James Humphrey at jameshumphrey@cusd.com.

This has become a huge community event and a great way to kick off another season of Wolfpack Baseball! Our dinner is our primary fundraiser of the year so we make sure everyone has a great time and plenty of awesome auction items to bid on.
