Art must be original & created specifically for this month's races
Tracing is permitted; YHH, commissions & AI "art" are not permitted
Enter as many races as you like, unless the horse is a Maiden
You may enter the same race with more than one horse - this can be done in one single piece of art or multiple pieces
Maidens are only for horses who have NOT WON any races
Entries must be at least a half-body of horse AND rider must be depicted
At least a simple background is required (photo backgrounds allowed but will not gain any points)
Appropriate tack & racing attire is required
Races are open for Thoroughbreds only (no partbreds)
Use some creativity! Feel free to show any part of the race - eg arriving at the track, post parade, racing. Just don't show your horse winning the race!
I (Clover-Park) may enter, but will automatically score 0 on RNG performance rolls.
Entries will be judged within a week of the next month (eg. April races will be judged on or before May 7th)
Entries are accepted until judging starts (a comment will be posted when entries are closed)
Keep in mind I am in Australia so my timezone is AEST - judging may start earlier than you anticipate so get your entries in with plenty of time! :)
PRIZES
** Horses registered with Thoroughbred Society gain an extra point entering this show! **
1st place: 60% of the prize money
2nd place: 20% of the prize money
3rd place: 10% of the prize money
4th place: 5% of the prize money
5th place: 3% of the prize money
6th place: 2% of the prize money
Month's Champion: $20,000 (sum of points from each entry - horse must enter at least 2 races in a month to be eligible)
Month's Reserve Champion: $10,000 (highest scoring entry - all entries eligible but prize is only given out if there are 2 or more entries)
