Cloud Vault is intended for users aged 13 years and above. The App is not designed for children under the age of 13 and does not target children as its primary audience.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information promptly.
Parents or guardians who believe that their child may have provided personal information through the App may contact us to request review or deletion of the data.
To use Cloud Vault, users must create an account.

Notes text created by the user

Folder or tag metadata
Notes content may contain sensitive information depending on what the user writes.
Cloud Vault does not analyze or use note content beyond providing app functionality.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and improve performance.
Analytics data is collected in an aggregated and anonymized manner.
We do not collect:
Crash logs
Device identifiers
Precise location data
We use collected data strictly for the following purposes:
User authentication
Cloud synchronization of notes
Backup and restore functionality
Core app functionality
Customer support
App improvement and analytics
We do not use data for advertising or marketing.
User notes are stored securely using Firebase Firestore
Data is transmitted over secure connections
Some stored data is encrypted at rest and in transit
We do not store data only locally on the device.
Cloud Vault uses the following third-party services:
Firebase Authentication – for secure login
Firebase Firestore – for cloud data storage
Firebase Analytics – for usage insights
These services are governed by Google’s privacy policies and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
Cloud Vault:
Does not show ads
Does not use AdMob
Does not include in-app purchases
Users can:
Create, edit, and delete notes
Delete their account directly within the app
When a user deletes their account, the account is deactivated immediately
All associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days from our database
User data is retained only while the account is active
Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days
No data is retained after deletion is complete
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including:
Secure authentication
Restricted access to user data
Encrypted data transmission
Controlled database access
Despite these measures, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
