Once renewed, cancellations will only stop future charges.• If payment is not made on time, access to Paid Services may be suspended or limited. In such cases, available storage may be reduced to 50GB, and users must reduce usage below this limit to continue using the Services.• We may adjust subscription fees with prior notice sent to the email linked to your account.________________________________________TerminationYou may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:• You violate these Terms, or• Your usage risks harm to us or other users.When possible, we will notify you in advance so you can correct the issue or export your User Data. However, no prior notice will be given in cases of serious violations, legal obligations, or risks that prevent continued service.________________________________________Changes or Service DiscontinuationWe strive to provide high-quality cloud storage, but we may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at our discretion. This may include reducing free storage capacity, limiting features, or introducing fees.If such changes affect your paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice and refunds for any unused portion of prepaid services.________________________________________Services Provided “As Is”The Services are offered as-is, without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law. We make no guarantees regarding performance, reliability, or availability.________________________________________Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates are not liable for:• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages,• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.Our liability, if any, will be limited to direct and foreseeable damages capped at the amount you paid us in the month the issue occurred (if you are a paid user).________________________________________Dispute ResolutionBefore taking legal action, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting appglobalzonefzco@gmail.com. If no resolution is reached within 15 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Silicon Oasis, Dubai, unless your local laws grant you the right to bring claims in your local courts.________________________________________Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, excluding conflict-of-law principles.________________________________________Entire AgreementThese Terms represent the full agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and replace all prior agreements. No third-party rights are created under these Terms.________________________________________Waiver, Severability & Assignment• If we fail to enforce any part of these Terms, it does not mean we waive that right.• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain valid.• You may not assign your rights under these Terms. The Company may transfer its rights and obligations to affiliates, subsidiaries, or successors.________________________________________Modifications1. Comply with changes in the law,2. Meet regulatory requirements,3. Reflect service updates or improvements,4. Serve the general interests of users, or5.
