Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how AI Cloud Storage & Backup ("we," "our," "us," or the "App") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application, available on Google Play. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. About the App
The App provides cloud-based file storage and backup services, allowing users to store, manage, and access photos, videos, documents, and other files. This is a paid application — access to the App's storage features requires an active subscription. The App's default (base) plan includes 1TB (1000 GB) of cloud storage, with the option to upgrade to higher-capacity paid plans 2TB, 3TB, 5TB, 8TB, 10TB.
All storage plans, including the base 1TB plan, are billed through Google Play Billing on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly, as selected by the user at checkout). Pricing is displayed in the app and on the Google Play Store listing prior to purchase and may vary by region.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details when you sign up or log in (including via Google Sign-In).
User Content: Photos, videos, documents, contacts, and other files you choose to upload, store, or back up through the App.
Payment Information: When you purchase a storage plan, payment is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or billing details — this is handled securely by Google.
Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for customer support.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and mobile network information.
Usage Data: App interactions, features used, storage consumed, session duration, and in-app navigation behavior.
Diagnostic and Crash Data: Automatically collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix technical issues.
Log Data: Standard technical logs including timestamps, error reports, and performance metrics.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies:
3.1 Google Analytics for Firebase
We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the App — such as screen views, feature usage, session length, and user engagement patterns. This helps us improve app performance and user experience. Data collected may include device identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP address), and app usage events. Learn more: Google Privacy Policy.
3.2 Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically detect, report, and help us fix app crashes and stability issues. Crash reports may include device state at the time of the crash, stack traces, device model, OS version, and app version. This data is used solely for diagnostic purposes.
3.3 Google Play Services
The App relies on Google Play Services for core functionality, including authentication (Google Sign-In), in-app billing/subscriptions, push notifications, and security features. Google Play Services may collect device and usage information as described in Google's own privacy policy.
3.4 Google Play Billing
All storage plan purchases (2TB, 3TB, 5TB, 8TB, 10TB) are processed via Google Play's billing system. We receive confirmation of purchase and subscription status but do not have access to your payment card details.

5. Data Storage and Security
Your files are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption during transit and at rest. We implement technical and organizational safeguards including access controls, encryption, and regular security assessments to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: With trusted third parties (Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Services/Billing) strictly to support App functionality, as described above.
Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.

If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to your stored files may be limited or suspended in accordance with our in-app terms, and you may be given a grace period to renew your plan or export your data before content is removed. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and uploaded content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.
8. Your Rights and Choices

9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
