2020 Rental Dates

Long Beach Resort – Tower 4, Unit 707

All weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday rentals and are noted by the weekly rate. Please contact us for rates and availability for 2020.

Rates include cleaning, taxes and all fees.

Booking Deposits:

• Weekly Rates -
  • $400 at time of booking.
  • Balance due 30 days prior to date booked
• Nightly Rates:
  • One night's rent due at time of booking of booking.
  • Balance due 30 days prior to date booked.
• Payment made to: paypal.me/cloudscondo
• Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require a full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations:

• Bookings canceled 60 days prior to stay – 100% refund.
• Bookings canceled 30 – 59 days of stay – loss of deposit.
• Bookings cancelled 10 – 29 days of stay – 50% of entire rent paid.
• Bookings canceled less than 10 days prior to stay, no refund.

Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in is 4:00 P.M. (CST)
• Check-out is 10:00 A.M. (CST)

Amenities

• 2 bedroom 2 full baths (Master has walk in shower; garden tub in 2nd bath)
• Unit is on 7^th floor and is approximately 1386 square feet
• All bedrooms, living, dining and kitchen face the ocean
• Gated community with 2 regular pools and the main Lagoon Pool
• Full size washer/dryer, granite counter tops, Wi-Fi and cable
• Tile floors throughout with carpet in bedrooms
• Unit sleeps 8, Master has King Bed, Guest has 2 queen beds and a queen pull out couch
• Balcony overlooks ocean and will seat 6-8 people
• Unit is close to grocery stores, Walmart, plenty of fine/family dining is close by
• Resort policy does not allow pets for guests
• This is a non-smoking unit
