Cumulus

Cumulus clouds "fair weather clouds" which means they do not bring rain or thunderstorms. There are many types of cumulus clouds like Cumulus Fractus and Cumulonimbus. These clouds are low level clouds (sea level to 6,500ft). These clouds are white and puffy and look like a heap of cotton balls. Cumulus means pile or heap in latin, that is why Cumulus clouds look like heaps or piles.
