This privacy notice applies to Cloud Route ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this notice carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. *Because our app does not have a login system, we do not collect any personally identifiable information from you.
We only collect anonymous information that cannot identify you personally.
Our app does not have a login system. Therefore, we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, usernames, passwords, billing addresses, or any other personally identifiable information. We only collect anonymous technical information to ensure the basic operation of the app and improve user experience. This information cannot identify you individually. Specifically, it includes:
Device Information:Your mobile device model, operating system version, screen resolution, etc., used for compatibility optimization.
Network Information:IP address, network connection type (Wi-Fi/cellular, etc.), used for network adaptation and troubleshooting.
Usage Data:App feature usage, page visit records, crash reports, etc., used to analyze and improve service quality. All usage data is processed anonymously and is not linked to any personal identity.
If you proactively contact us via email or other means and provide information (such as your email address), we will only use it to respond to your inquiry and will not retain your contact information for marketing or other purposes after the matter is resolved.
We use anonymous information only to provide and improve our services.
Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, our data processing purposes are very limited. We use the anonymized information we collect to:
Ensure Service Operation:Ensure the stability and security of app functionality based on device and network information.
Improve User Experience:Improve feature design and fix bugs/compatibility issues through anonymized data analysis.
Security and Fraud Prevention:Detect abnormal usage behavior and maintain the security of the app and its users.
We do not actively share your information unless required by law.
Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, we do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to any third parties. In the following extreme circumstances, we may disclose information in accordance with the law:
Compliance with Law:Disclose information in response to legal, regulatory, or judicial process requirements.
Protect Rights and Security:Reasonable disclosure to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cloud Route, our users, or the public.
This app may use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics or other anonymous statistical services) to collect anonymous usage data. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review their terms. We ensure that the third-party services we use only receive anonymized information that cannot identify you.
To provide core services, this App integrates third-party SDKs and may collect the following types of information:
4.1 Information Collected via Google Services (Google Places, Google Maps, Google Navigation, Google AdMob)
This App deeply integrates multiple Google services (including maps, places, navigation, and ads). These services may collect:
Location Information: When you use maps, navigation, or nearby place search features, we will request your precise or approximate geographic location. If you do not grant this permission, the core features will not function properly.
Device Information: Including Advertising Identifier (IDFA), IP address, operating system version, device model, screen resolution, etc., used for ad serving and proper functioning of map services.
App Usage Data: For example, places searched, routes planned, ad impressions and clicks.
Google, as an independent data controller, processes your data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
4.2 App Tracking Transparency (ATT) Explanation
On iOS 14.5 and above, we will explicitly request your authorization via a system pop-up to access your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
After authorization, Google AdMob can be used for cross-app tracking to serve ads.
4.3 Information You Voluntarily Provide
When you use navigation or place-related features, the destinations, starting points, points of interest, and other information you enter will be collected to provide the corresponding services.
We take reasonable measures to protect your anonymous information, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
We use industry-standard organizational and technical security measures (such as data encryption, access control, etc.) to protect the anonymous information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, due to the inherent limitations of electronic transmission and storage technology, we cannot promise absolute security.
Please note: Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, even in the event of a data breach, the leaked information cannot be linked to specific individual users, which fundamentally protects your privacy.
Our app is suitable for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personally identifiable information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or such other age as specified by applicable law). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us using the information below, and we will delete such information immediately.
Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may provide you with certain rights, including:
Right to Access:Understand what information we have collected about you.
Right to Rectification:Request correction of inaccurate information.
Right to Erasure:Request deletion of your information.
Right to Restrict/Object to Processing:Restrict or object to our processing of your information.
Important Note: Because our app does not collect personally identifiable information, we cannot “locate” data associated with you. Therefore, the exercise of the above rights is technically infeasible. If you believe we have collected your personal information, please contact us using the information below, and we will investigate and address your concern promptly.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be notified to you by posting the updated version within the app and updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes to how we handle personal information, we will notify you through appropriate means (e.g., an in-app announcement). We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
We only transfer information to the extent necessary to provide our services and in compliance with applicable laws.
Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, the anonymous data we collect may be transferred to and stored/processed outside of China as necessary for our business operations. We will ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws (including but not limited to China’s Personal Information Protection Law) and implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect data security.
