Terms of Use — Cloud Drive & Backup Storage

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Cloud Drive & Backup Storage (“the App”), developed and published by Kinglets Technologies.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. App Services

The App provides cloud storage, file backup, upload, download, restoration, organization, contact backup, and related features. Some features are available in guest mode, while others require an account, internet connection, device permission, subscription, or in-app purchase.

Features, storage limits, and availability may vary by plan, device, region, or App version.

2. Accounts and Guest Mode

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. Information provided through sign-in must be accurate and lawfully yours.

Guest-mode content, settings, or purchases may not be recoverable after uninstalling the App, clearing App data, changing devices, or losing access to the device. Signing in may be required for synchronization and recovery across devices.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of files, media, contacts, and other content you upload or back up.

You grant us and our service providers a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and store your content only as necessary to operate and secure the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and store your content. You must not use the App to store or distribute illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, or malicious content.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers subscriptions and may offer one-time purchases. Prices, billing periods, storage limits, trial terms, and applicable benefits are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not normally provide a refund for the current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play policies and applicable law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or stored content.

When a paid plan ends, access to premium features or additional storage may be restricted. You may need to remove excess content or renew your plan to continue using affected features.

5. Advertising

Free and guest users may see advertisements provided by Google AdMob and other mediation partners. Advertising is handled according to our Privacy Policy and your applicable consent choices.

7. Storage and Backups

You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important content. Although we take reasonable measures to maintain the service, no cloud or backup system can guarantee that content will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or unavailable.

Deleted content may remain temporarily in the Recycle Bin or protected system backups before permanent removal, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, technical requirements, or service improvement.

Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid services or stored content.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, and original content, belongs to Kinglets Technologies or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device or file type.

Kinglets Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the App, loss of access, or loss of content, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information and uploaded content are processed, shared, retained, and deleted.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, services, laws, or business practices. The revised Terms will display an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available in your country of residence.
