Cloud Point ("we" or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our application "Cloud Point" (the "App").

• Photos: The App allows users to upload photos. These photos are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing the services within the App. Only images of clouds should be uploaded (with no personal idenitifers of any kind present).

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Information: We may collect information about your interaction with the App, such as the features you use and how often you use them. This also involves diagnostics and crash reports.

• Device Information: We do collect information about your device, including the device type (eg iPhone 13), but NOT operating system version or unique device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the App's functionality.

• Communicate with you, including responding to your inquiries and providing customer support.

• Analyse usage trends and improve our services.

• Images you upload to the Community page are made available for improving the identification model.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with other users or third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or with your consent.

4. Data Retention

We will retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Data you upload to your account is stored only so long as your account is active - this is generally 12 months of not logging in.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information from our systems.
