2 - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft
3 - right click Microsoft > New > Key > WindowsInkWorkspace
4 - new DWORD (32-bit) value inside the folder
5 - name it: AllowWindowsInkWorkspace
6 - double click on it and set value to 0
