What are your hours of operation?

The store is open Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Thursdays and Fridays from 10am - 6 pm.

Saturdays from 10am - 5 pm. 

We are closed Sundays but OPEN most holiday Mondays.

We are at 3916 Victoria Ave, Vineland in the Avondale plaza. 

Do you carry ONES+ Wines?

Yes, we have a selection of ONES+ Non-alcoholic wines from British Columbia. Come and give them a try.

What brands of supplements do you carry?

We proudly carry Health First, Natural Factors, NAKA and many more high quality Canadian Brands.

Do you sell grass-fed meats?

Yes, we carry a wide selection of hormone free, raised without antibiotics, grass fed meats. VG Meats from Simcoe, ON and Stemmler Meats from Heidelberg, ON are our main suppliers.
