3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Types: CloudAttend offers three types of accounts:

• Institute Administrator

3.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. QR Code Usage

4.1 Personal QR Codes: Each student receives a unique QR code for attendance marking. This QR code is personal and should not be shared with others.

4.2 Prohibited Actions: You may not:

• Share your QR code with other students

• Use another student's QR code

• Duplicate or forge QR codes

• Manipulate attendance records

5. Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process the following information:

• Institute: Name, Email

• Students: Name, Email, Phone, Address

• Teachers: Name, Email, Phone

• Attendance records and timestamps

This data is used solely for attendance management and reporting purposes. For detailed information about data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Email Communications

By registering with CloudAttend, you consent to receive:

• QR codes via email upon student registration

• Attendance notifications and reports

• System updates and announcements

• Account-related information

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

3. QR Code Generation and Distribution

Upon student registration, we automatically generate a unique QR code for each student. This QR code is:
