We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the application accesses, collects, uses, stores and shares when you use Cloud storage - Cloud Drive.
By installing or using the application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The information accessed or collected depends on the features you use and the permissions you grant.
When you use the application to store, upload, download, organize, back up, restore or share files, the application may access content selected or managed by you, including:

If you choose to use a contact backup, contact restoration, synchronization or contact-sharing feature, the application may access information stored in your device’s contact list.

The application does not access contacts unless permission is granted. Contact information is used only to provide the contact-related feature selected by the user.
We do not sell users’ contact information or use contact information for targeted advertising.
The application may access the device camera when you choose to:
Capture a photo
Scan a document
Create a file for cloud storage
Upload an image directly from the camera
Camera access is activated only when you use a camera-related feature and grant the required permission.
The application may access the device microphone when you choose to record audio for saving, uploading, backing up or sharing through the application.
Microphone access is intended to occur only when you actively start an audio-recording feature.
The application does not use microphone recordings for advertising purposes.

Find and display files
Organize files and folders
Upload files to cloud storage
Download files from cloud storage
Back up or restore files
Rename, move, copy or delete files at the user’s request
Display storage usage and file information
On supported Android versions, broad storage access may be requested when necessary to provide the application’s core file-management, backup or restoration functionality.
The application does not intentionally access files for purposes unrelated to its disclosed storage and file-management features.

Used on applicable older Android versions to save downloaded or restored files and manage files at the user’s request.

Used when broad file access is required for the application’s core file-management, backup, restoration and cloud-storage functionality.
android.permission.CAMERA
Used to capture images or scan documents that the user chooses to save or upload.
android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO
Used to record audio when the user activates an audio-recording feature.
android.permission.READ_CONTACTS
Used when the user selects a feature requiring contact backup, synchronization, restoration or contact selection.

Until the user deletes an account, where accounts are provided

For the duration necessary to complete a transaction

For as long as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or security obligations
Files downloaded to a device remain on the device until deleted by the user.
Data processed by third-party service providers may be retained according to their respective retention policies.
Users may delete locally stored files through the application or the device’s file-management settings.
Users may delete uploaded content through the available application controls, where supported.
Where the application provides user accounts, users may request deletion of their account and associated information through the account settings or by contacting us.

Disabling a permission may prevent the associated feature from functioning.
Before accessing personal or sensitive information that may not be reasonably expected by the user, the application will provide an appropriate in-app explanation and request permission or consent where required.
Sensitive permissions, such as access to contacts, device files, the camera or microphone, should be requested in connection with the relevant user-facing feature.
The application will not treat closing a disclosure, leaving a screen or failing to respond as consent.
Cloud storage - Cloud Drive is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13, or the minimum digital-consent age required in the user’s country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.
