Privacy Policy
Effective 3 October 2026
The short version. Cloud AI has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Your chats and creations are stored on your phone. What you send is used only to answer you. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
This policy explains what the app keeps on your device, what it sends to answer you, who processes it and the choices you have.
What stays on your phone
Your conversations, tool results and plans (trips, meal plans, courses and the rest), generated images, decks, audio and video, your first name, your answer style and other settings are stored on your device. They are included in your device backups in the usual way. You can delete them at any time: swipe a chat away, delete a result, or use Settings → Clear all chats and Clear all creations.
The app also keeps a small diagnostics log of errors and content reports on your phone. It never leaves your device unless you choose Settings → Share diagnostics and send it to someone.
What is sent to answer you
When you send a message or run a tool, the app sends what that request needs to our AI service:
Your message and the conversation, including text you paste and the inputs of a tool or plan.
Files you attach or open in Cloud AI: documents, recordings and photos. Photos are uploaded to temporary cloud storage under a random, unguessable address so the AI model can read them, and are deleted as soon as the answer finishes.
Your first name, answer style and the facts you asked Cloud AI to remember, so answers suit you. You can see and delete remembered facts in Settings → What Cloud AI remembers.
Your phone’s region (for example “IN”), for agent jobs such as trips, meal plans and buying guides, so they use your currency and link to shops and sites in your country. It is not your location.
A random install identifier created by the app and kept in your device’s Keychain, used to sign requests and prevent abuse. It is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID or advertising identifier.
We do not ask for your email, phone number or contacts, and the app does not collect your location.
Who processes it
-Our AI service
Receives requests from the app and sends them to the right AI model.
-AI model providers (for example, Google’s Gemini models)
Read your request and produce the answer, picture, audio or video.
-Web search providers
Look things up when you turn on web search, run deep research or start an agent job that researches.
-DigitalOcean
Hosts the temporary copies of photos you attach, until the answer finishes.
-Apple
Handles subscriptions and payments, and speech recognition when you dictate or use voice chat (this may be processed on your device or by Apple).
These providers process data only to provide the service to you. We don’t sell your data, share it for advertising, or use your content to train AI models.
How long it is kept
On your phone: until you delete it, or delete the app.
Temporary photo copies: deleted when the answer finishes.
Our service may keep a record of requests for a limited time to run the service, keep conversations in context, prevent abuse and fix problems. Then it is deleted.
Permissions
The app asks only when you use a feature, and works without any of these:
Microphone and speech recognition: when you dictate, use voice chat or record audio.
Camera and photos: when you take or attach a photo, or save a creation to Photos.
Calendar (add only): when you tap “Add to Calendar” on a plan. Cloud AI can add events but cannot read your calendar.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. The app learns from Apple whether you have an active subscription.
Children
Cloud AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will help remove any related data.
Your choices and rights
You can delete everything stored on your phone from within the app at any time. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Because the app has no accounts, include the details of your request and the approximate time of the requests concerned, and we will do our best to help.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data in our care. Requests are signed with a per-install key, credentials are kept in the device Keychain, and temporary photo copies use random addresses and are removed after use. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
