I am an applied microeconomist, currently working as Research Associate at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam School of Business and Economics, the Netherlands. 

Previously, I was Impact Evaluation Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank Office of Strategic Planning and Development Effectiveness (SPD), Postdoctoral Researcher at Universidad de los Andes Escuela de Gobierno Alberto Lleras Camargo, Colombia, Luxembourg University Department of Economics and Management, Luxembourg, and Maastricht University Graduate School of Governance, the Netherlands, where I defended my PhD in Economics in 2018.

My research interests include development economics, applied microeconometrics and policy evaluation.
