I am an applied microeconomist, currently working as a consultant with UNU-MERIT and the Inter-American Development Bank.

Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Universidad de los Andes Escuela de Gobierno Alberto Lleras Camargo, Colombia, Luxembourg University Department of Economics and Management, Luxembourg, and Maastricht University Graduate School of Governance, the Netherlands, where I defended my PhD in Economics in 2018.

My research interests include development economics, applied microeconometrics and policy evaluation.
