By downloading, installing, or using the Outfity app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please

do not use the App.

Outfity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Credits System: Credits are required to access the virtual try-on feature. Credits can be purchased exclusively through in-app purchases. Purchased

credits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

In-App Purchases: All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. Prices for credits or subscriptions may change at any time without

prior notice. Payment for in-app purchases will be charged directly to your Apple ID account.

You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, upload inappropriate or offensive content, attempt to reverse engineer or hack

the App, share try-on results witonsent, or interfere with the App’s functionality or security features.

Your Content: You retain all rights to photos or content you upload to the App. By uploading, you grant us a license to process your photos solely for

try-on purposes. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You must not upload content that violates any applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malicious software, or includes harmful

or offensive material.

The App and its original content, including its design and interface, are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade

dress must not be used without explicit permission. Some features may integrate third-party services or content, subject to their respective terms and

licenses.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or availability. Virtual

try-on results are simulations and may not fully reflect real-life outcomes and should be userence purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms of Use, abusive or fraudulent activity, or at our

sole discretion without prior notice.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. We reserve the right to modify these

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. For any questions about these Terms of Use,

If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Use

- Prices for credits may change at any time without prior notice

- Payment for in-app purchases will be charged directly to your Apple ID or Google Play account

- You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content

- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App

- Share try-on results without the consent of individuals depicted

- Interfere with the App's functionality or security features

- Use the App to infringe on others' intellectual property rights

- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional credits

Your Content

- You retain all rights to photos or content you upload to the App

- By uploading, you grant us a license to process your photos solely for try-on purposes

- We do not claim ownership of your content

- Photos are processed temporarily and not stored permanently on our servers

You must not upload content that:

- Violates any applicable laws

- Infringes intellectual property rights

- Contains malicious software

- Includes harmful, offensive, or explicit material

- Depicts minors
