Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ClosetMix mobile application ("App").
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
USE OF THE APP
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClosetMix. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to ClosetMix. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the App's features to you.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
ClosetMix offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to those platforms' refund policies.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
DISCLAIMER
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the App.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
