Things to do While in Self-Quarantine

We know it might be hard to self-quarantine, especially when you can’t see your friends, but here are some ideas on what to do when you are bored and what you can do to make sure you stay healthy during this scary time.
Things to do When Bored
Read a book. Find a book you may like, and order it
Try out some baking, search up videos and find recipes you like
Do some exercises
Clean up your workspace environment
Decorate your room
Try some drawing tutorials
Try painting techniques, see if you like them or not
Browse Netflix and find any series that you may like
Facetime friends
Go for walks
Play outside
Play games or try new games
Do a puzzle
Go for a bike ride
Go for a run
Browse music and listen to new songs
Take a small nap
Try arts and crafts, create collages or small types of projects
Organize your wardrobe and the items you have
Things to do to Make Sure You Stay Healthy
Stay hydrated
Make sure to stay at least 6 feet away from people at all times
Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and whenever you can
Don’t touch your face
Cover your coughs and sneezes
If you get sick, make sure you stay home until you are better
Avoid close contact with people who are sick
Frequently clean surfaces that have been touched
