A system member who is sourced from the concept or passing of time.

An individual member of a syncryptoid. They are hidden in some way from the whole system, a part of the system, or people outside of the system. Cryptoids are usually group together, whether that be consciously or subconsciously.

Torpidsystems are systems where the body is mostly or always on autopilot. Headmates may take over the body from time to time, but usually, no one is truly fronting. This usually happens when headmates don't feel comfortable fronting unless they need to.
System members can be conscious and aware, but not fronting.
A window is a way to view what is going on outside of the headspace or with the current fronter(s), without having to be in or near the fronting room. It appears like a window, an opening of some sort, or even as some sort of screen. This is usually used by protectors/protective headmates or by headmates that manage the system or know a lot about the system (gatekeepers, managers, overseers, internal self helpers, archivist, etc.)
