Diagnostic information may be processed through platform-level tools (e.g., Google Play system diagnostics)
If you use the free version, ad-related SDKs may process identifiers/signals required to serve ads
In-app purchase state (Premium status) is handled via Google Play Billing

Provide and operate Clockit core functionality
Save and display your time-tracking records and analytics
Send local reminder notifications (e.g., “Clock in?” and “Clock out?”) if enabled
Enable backup/restore flows you initiate
Support premium purchase/restore flows via Google Play Billing

Clockit may request notification permission to send daily reminder notifications.

Reminder schedule and settings are stored locally on your device
You can disable reminders at any time from app settings
You can also disable notifications from your device settings
Clockit uses third-party services where applicable:
Google Play Services (core platform functionality)
Google Mobile Ads (free version ads)
Google Play Billing (in-app purchases and premium restoration)
Google Play In-App Review API (rating flow)
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
Your main time-tracking data is stored locally on your device (Room database)
Backup files are created locally (internal storage and/or user-selected storage locations)
Payment card/billing details are not stored by Clockit; transactions are processed by Google Play
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share limited data only when necessary:
With service providers listed above to deliver app features
To comply with legal obligations
To protect rights, security, or safety
Within the app/device, you can:
View and edit your time-tracking records
Delete records
Export your data
Turn reminders on/off
Manage notification permission from app/device settings
Clockit is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date and/or through an in-app notice where appropriate.
Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
Clockit is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
While we strive to keep the app functional and reliable, we do not guarantee that:
the app will always be error-free,
uninterrupted,
or available at all times.
We are not obligated to provide maintenance, technical support, bug fixes, updates, or feature improvements.
Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clockit and its developer shall not be liable for:
loss of data,
loss of profits,
business interruption,
or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
