Effective Date: August 19, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of CleanSort: Storage Cleaner and its related services (collectively, the "Services"). By installing or using CleanSort, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. CleanSort Services
CleanSort provides Android tools for removable cache cleanup, large-file handling, screenshot cleanup, installed-app management, and network activity information. Available functions depend on the release build, device access, and permissions granted by the user.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or meet the higher minimum age required in your location. If you are not legally able to accept these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them on your behalf.
3. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control.
4. Cleanup Decisions and Backups
You are responsible for reviewing files, screenshots, applications, and other items before confirming deletion or uninstallation. Deleted data or uninstalled applications may not be recoverable through CleanSort. Back up important content before performing cleanup actions.
CleanSort does not guarantee that a particular amount of storage will be released. Results depend on accessible content, permissions, device conditions, and the items selected by the user.
5. Permission-Dependent Functions
Some Services require device permissions. You may deny or revoke permissions, but the related functions may become unavailable. You agree not to use granted access to interfere with the App, other users, or device security.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the Services in violation of applicable law.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or another person's device or data.
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with normal operation.
- Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with CleanSort.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use the Services to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
7. Ownership
The App, software, design, text, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.
8. Third-Party Components
The release build may contain third-party SDKs, libraries, links, or services. Third-party components are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
9. Updates and Service Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services to maintain security, comply with legal requirements, or change product functionality. Device compatibility and feature availability may change over time.
10. Privacy
The CleanSort Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the Services. The final Privacy Policy and Google Play Data safety disclosure must match the published build.
11. Cleanup Result Limitations
CleanSort is a storage-management utility. It does not guarantee that every supported cleanup item will be detected or removed, or that a specific amount of storage will be released.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when a user materially violates these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, or when suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the Services or others. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. The Effective Date will identify the current version. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws identified by the service provider, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise. The final publisher should replace this clause with its actual legal entity and governing jurisdiction before publication.
