Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Education of Orton Academy for the fiscal year beginning 2022-2023 and has been filed in the office of Orton Academy where it is available for public inspection. Such proposed budget will be considered for adoption at a regular meeting of the Board of Education of said Orton Academy (Zoom) 1 November 2022 at 5:00.

• Salary Schedules or Policies

• Rationale and Replacement Plan for Waivers from State Statute. (No current waivers)

• Standardized Description and Rationale for Each Automatic Waiver

• Federal Form 990, 990-EZ, or 990-PF and any associated schedules

• Authorizing School District’s Financial Page

• Link to Financial Transparency for Colorado Schools

(All documents must be posted or updated within 60 days after completion or receipt of the applicable report, statement or document)
