- Camera Access: Images captured via your camera when scanning product barcodes or taking photos of food plates for AI nutrition estimation.

- Device Details: Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and crash logs/diagnostics.

d) User Content

- No Sale or Sharing of Health Data: We do not sell, rent, or share any data retrieved via Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect with third-party databases, advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing platforms.

- Primary App Functionality: We access and use health data solely to display your daily rest charts and calculate your fitness recovery metrics. We do not use this data for any secondary purpose.

- User Control: You can grant, deny, or revoke access to HealthKit or Health Connect permissions at any time directly through your mobile device's system settings.

4. AI Features & Health/Skincare Disclaimers

Some Clistry features may use AI-powered systems to generate responses, diet suggestions, or productivity assistance. 

- Informational Use Only: AI-generated content (including food scan macros and summaries) and DIY skincare/grooming recommendations (including treatments, ingredient mixtures, and timelines) are provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only. 

- Professional Advice Disclaimer: They do not constitute professional medical, dermatological, nutritional, psychological, or legal advice. Users must perform a patch test before trying new ingredients and consult with a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider before attempting new routines or if skin conditions exist.
