Since finding Ayshah a few years back, my trips for a trim have become something I look forward to. I used to get anxious about explaining what I wanted at other places, but Ayshah takes the time to understand and delivers perfectly every time. Plus we always have a giggle! Hugely recommend!

Ayshah is an amazing barber. My hair is quite fine and flat, as well as receding a little at the front, but the quality of Ayshah's haircuts make it very difficult to tell. She takes her time and is very attentive during the haircut. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cuts and would highly recommend 

Been a client of Ayshah’s since 2022 and came in wanting a fresh new style, something a bit shorter and bit more out there for a fun and easy summer. As ever, Ayshah understood what I wanted and where I was coming from, used her expertise to accommodate my vision to my head shape and style, and made magic happen. Always a pleasure to chat to and hang about with and does such a bang up job with more than fair pricing to boot, at this point I don’t think I could have someone else cut my hair. Ever since I first was seen by her its been great and she’s always been so warm and welcoming, wanting me to leave feeling like my best and most authentic looking version of myself.

Between my neurodivergence, my pronouns, and my usually loose ideas of what I might want done it might be difficult for a lot of places to make me feel comfortable and do a great job but genuinely, Ayshah makes me feel like I’m right at home and gets exactly where I’m coming from.

I’ve visited Barber Below twice for a men’s haircut now, and had a great experience on both occasions. I came in with some ideas in mind and Ayshah was fab at turning that into the haircut I was looking for. A great place to go if you’re looking for something more than just the usual short back and sides.
