# ClipPack Terms Of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of ClipPack.

## Permitted Use

You may use ClipPack to import videos, select cover frames, prepare publishing drafts, compress video files, export cover images, and generate delivery briefs.

## Your Responsibility

You are responsible for using videos, images, names, music, logos, and other content only when you own them or have permission to process and publish them. ClipPack does not grant rights to any third-party content.

You are also responsible for making sure your final exported content complies with the rules of the destination platform, including upload specifications, music policies, account rules, advertising rules, and community guidelines.

## Export Review

You are responsible for reviewing generated MP4, JPG, TXT, captions, hashtags, and checklist content before posting, sending, or publishing. The app helps prepare a package; it does not publish content on your behalf.

## Purchases And Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the App Store. If subscriptions or consumable credits are offered, Apple processes payment and manages cancellation, renewal, refund eligibility, and subscription status through your Apple account settings.

## No Misuse

Do not use ClipPack to process content you are not allowed to use, infringe intellectual property rights, violate platform rules, or create misleading, harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

## App Changes

Features, credit costs, export presets, AI-assisted suggestions, and supported output formats may change over time as the app improves.

## Availability

Some AI-assisted features depend on device capability, operating system version, model availability, language, and Apple Intelligence settings. Local fallback suggestions may be used when those features are unavailable.

## Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, ClipPack is provided as a creator workflow tool without guarantees that exported files will be accepted by any social platform, achieve a particular quality score, or produce any specific audience result.
