1. Information We Process

ClipFlow does not require you to create an account or sign in to use its core features.

When you use the app, certain information may be processed locally on your device in order to provide the requested functionality, including:

-  Videos that you choose to import into ClipFlow; 

-  Video files that you choose to play, manage, or edit; 

-  Video file information, such as file name, format, duration, size, and storage location; 

-  Editing settings selected by you, such as trimming range, playback speed, reverse settings, or audio extraction options; 

-  Audio files generated when using the Video to MP3 feature; 

-  Videos or other media files created or exported through ClipFlow; 

-  App preferences and settings stored locally on your device. 

Your personal video and audio content is processed only as necessary to provide the features you choose to use.

2. Video and Media Processing

ClipFlow allows you to import, play, organize, and edit video files stored on your device.

Features may include:

-  Video playback; 

-  Video management; 

-  Video trimming; 

-  Video speed adjustment; 

-  Video reversing; 

-  Video to audio conversion; 

-  Management of edited or exported media. 

Media processing is generally performed locally on your device.

ClipFlow does not claim ownership of any video, audio, or other content that you import, edit, or create using the app.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use any media content processed through ClipFlow.

3. Photos and Media Library Access

ClipFlow may request permission to access your photo or media library when you choose to:

-  Import a video; 

-  Select media for editing; 

-  Save edited videos; 

-  Export generated audio or video files. 

ClipFlow only accesses content required for the feature you choose to use.

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

4. Files and Storage

ClipFlow may access files that you explicitly select in order to import, play, edit, export, or manage them.

File information may include:

-  File name; 

-  File type; 

-  File size; 

-  File path or local storage location; 

-  Creation or modification time. 

This information is used only to provide file management and editing functionality.

5. Local Data Processing

ClipFlow is designed to perform its core video processing functions locally on your device.

Your imported videos, edited media, extracted audio, and other personal media content are not uploaded to our servers as part of the core editing functionality unless a feature clearly informs you otherwise before such processing takes place.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal video or audio content.

We do not share your locally stored media files with third parties unless:

-  You explicitly choose to share or export a file; 

-  Sharing is required by law; 

-  It is necessary to protect the rights, security, or integrity of the app and its users. 

When you use your device's system sharing functions, the selected content may be provided to the third-party app or service that you choose. Such processing is governed by that third party's own privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

Media files imported, created, or edited using ClipFlow may remain on your device until you manually delete them.

ClipFlow may also store app settings and related local information required to operate the app.

Removing files from ClipFlow or uninstalling the app may remove some locally stored app data, depending on your device and storage configuration.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through ClipFlow.

Because most core media processing occurs locally on your device, the security of your personal media also depends on the security settings of your device.

No storage or processing method can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

ClipFlow is not specifically directed toward children under the age required by applicable law to independently consent to data processing.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the core functionality of the app.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address the issue.

10. Third-Party Services

Certain system-level functions, such as file selection, media library access, or sharing, may rely on services provided by your operating system.

If future versions of ClipFlow integrate third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or other external services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant data practices.
