Third-Party Service Provider: External partners we engage to support our service delivery, bound by confidentiality obligations. This includes Pixverse, which processes uploaded content solely for the purpose of enabling AI video generation.
User Content: Photos, images, videos, or other material uploaded by you to use ClipJoy AI services. Such content may be processed through Pixverse’s API in order to generate AI-powered videos.
Applicable Laws: Any relevant legal obligations, including but not limited to data protection laws in the user's jurisdiction.
We collect personal and device data necessary to provide and improve the services of ClipJoy AI. This includes:
Photo library access: We request access only to specific photos you select to generate AI videos. We do not scan or access your full library without your consent.
Uploaded content: Images you upload for AI video generation are stored securely and remain under your control. You may delete or re-download this content at any time.
Generated videos: Videos created based on your uploaded content are stored as part of your generation history and are fully user-controllable.
Device identifiers and metadata: Includes device model, OS version, IP address, language settings, and related signals. These are used for fraud prevention, diagnostics, and app optimization.
App usage and engagement metrics: Such as template clicks, frequency of use, and engagement duration, used to improve features and content recommendations.
We do not collect name, email, phone number, precise location data, or account-based identifiers, as our current version does not require login.
Your data is used solely for the following purposes:
To generate AI videos based on your selected images
To deliver the features and outputs you request
To optimize app features and personalize your experience
To conduct analytics and improve product performance
To detect abuse, bots, or unauthorized access
To comply with applicable laws or valid law enforcement requests
We rely on certain third-party services to process user content and deliver core functionality:
Image processing: Uploaded images may be sent to secure, contractually bound third-party AI generation APIs solely for processing and returning video results. These parties are required to maintain strict confidentiality and data protection.
Firebase (Google Cloud): We use Firebase Storage to temporarily store uploaded files and output video content. In this version, we do not use Firebase Analytics or behavioral tracking.

Uploaded content and generation history are retained for user convenience and feature functionality.
Users may delete their photos or videos at any time within the app.
Deleted content is removed from active systems promptly and will be purged from backups during regular deletion cycles (typically within 30–90 days
