I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Data Science at the City University of Hong Kong. Before that I was a Junior Research Fellow in the Imperial College Business School. I received a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), an MSc in Mathematical Modeling and Scientific Computing from the University of Oxford, and a PhD in Computing at Imperial College London. 

Research Interests

I am interested in computational optimization, operations research, and machine learning. My current work focuses on 

• Robust optimization

• Reinforcement learning

• Optimization algorithms
