Language - Body - Emotional Awareness
Offering clinical‑informed wellness work for people navigating stress, transition, and emotional complexity. This approach bridges clinical mental health education, embodied regulation, and language‑based meaning‑making to support sustainable well‑being.
This work may be a good fit if you:
Live or work as an expat or international professional
Feel overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally disconnected
Struggle to find words for what you feel
Want depth and professionalism without entering formal psychotherapy
I’m a clinical‑informed wellness practitioner working at the intersection of language, body awareness, and emotional life.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, am trained in yoga and somatic practices, and have a background as an English language teacher. This combination allows me to support people not only in what they are experiencing, but in how they sense, interpret, and express their inner world.
Many of my clients are expats, international professionals, educators, and creatives who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck between identities. Working in English offers a unique advantage: for many people, their emotional life shifts when they change language. I help clients find words for feelings, regulate through the body, and create meaning that aligns with who they are becoming.
My work is trauma‑informed, embodied, and reflective. Sessions may include guided conversation, emotional and ontological inquiry, breath and gentle movement, and practical tools for nervous system regulation and daily life integration.
I do not offer psychotherapy or clinical diagnosis. Instead, I provide deep, professional wellness coaching grounded in clinical understanding, supporting resilience, clarity, and sustainable change.
