Dear colleagues
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the 1st Panhellenic Conference on Clinical Anatomy with International participation, which will take place at the Conference and Cultural Center of the University of Patras on October 2-4, 2026. This conference is the first of its kind organized in Greece, bringing together members of the Anatomy community with Physicians of many specialties, with the aim of strengthening education in Clinical Anatomy and good clinical practice. The combination of theory and clinical practice is of utmost importance in the proper and continuous education of Clinicians and Health care professionals in general, as the event concerns a multitude of medical specialties and Health rehabilitation sciences.
The keen interest of faculty members of the Anatomy Laboratories of Greece and distinguished colleagues from international centers, as well as a multitude of clinicians and health professionals, guarantees the success of this unique event. Furthermore, this conference will be an attractive event for students from Medical Departments and Health Professions Departments (e.g. Nursing, Physiotherapy, etc.), as it focuses on education in Anatomy, the most basic science for future health professionals.
It would be an honor to have you join us in this event, which aims to bridge knowledge of the advances in Anatomy science with good clinical practice in a variety of medical specialties. We will have the opportunity to exchange views on issues in Anatomy curricula, teaching methods and resources, future perspectives in integration of anatomy teaching in Medicine and hot topics and controversies in modern Clinical Anatomy. Our aim is to promote a culture of quality improvement in good clinical practice through solid basic knowledge, improving the health services provided to the final recipient, the patient, at the center.
