# Privacy Policy for Clinic Management System

## 1. Overview

Clinic Management System ("we", "our", or "the app") is a healthcare records management mobile application designed for medical practitioners and outpatient clinics. We prioritize user privacy and the security of patient health data.

## 2. Information Collection and Local Storage

All patient records, diagnostic case histories, prescriptions, payment records, and clinic logs are stored **strictly on your local device** inside an isolated SQLite database.

- **No Remote Medical Data Storage:** We do not transmit, sync, or upload patient health data or medical records to remote servers or cloud databases.

- **Data Control:** You retain full ownership and autonomy to create, edit, export, or delete patient records at any time.

## 3. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The app integrates **Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)** to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and process non-personally identifiable device metadata (such as Advertising ID, IP address, and app interaction data) to serve, measure, and personalize ads in accordance with the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

> **Important:** No patient health information, medical history, contact numbers, or clinic financial ledgers are ever accessed by, shared with, or transmitted to AdMob or any advertising networks.

## 4. Data Export, Backup, & Security

- **Backup Files:** When you export clinic data (`.json` format), files are written strictly to your local app cache directory.

- **Sharing:** Database export and file sharing operations are triggered only by explicit user authorization via native system share dialogs.

## 5. Device Permissions

- **Storage / Photos / Files:** Required strictly for picking database backup files during JSON Import/Export routines.

- **Internet Permission:** Required for Google Mobile Ads initialization and native share sheet interactions.

## 6. User Rights & Data Deletion

Clinic administrators have complete authority over their data. Deleting a patient profile or database record inside the app immediately and permanently removes that record from the local SQLite database.
