1. Introduction & Acceptance

By using Climb Quest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Subscription & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are in your local currency. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

3. Free Trial Policy

You may complete up to 2 recorded climbs for free. After this allowance is reached, a subscription is required to continue recording new climbs. Re-installing the app does not reset this counter.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We cannot grant refunds directly.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Climb data and account information are stored securely. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cycling involves inherent risks. Climb Quest is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any injuries, hardware failures, or connection issues during use.
