Under the FutureHer Initiative by the Climate Tech Lab, we conducted a hands-on training session empowering young girls with digital and technical skills in GIS mapping and drone imagery. The workshop introduced participants to how drone technology can be used for environmental monitoring, land-use mapping, and climate resilience projects. 

Through practical demonstrations and teamwork, the girls gained confidence in using tech tools to collect, analyze, and visualize geographic data—equipping them to become future leaders in climate innovation and spatial technology.
