Dana
In the Buddhist tradition, the teachings are given freely because they are considered priceless; There's no fee for attending this retreat. Instead, we practice dana, or generosity. Dana isn't payment for goods or services but an expression of gratitude. All the teachers are donating their time as is Marin Sangha so that we can offer all dana to important organizations working on behalf of the climate and social justice.
