This Privacy Policy describes how the Client Feedback App (“the App”) collects, uses, stores, and protects user information. The App is developed for PWH Services and is intended for authorized users including Clients, Developers, Admins, and Super Admins.

We may collect the following personal information when users are invited or sign in:

Email address
User role (Client, Developer, Admin, Super Admin)
This information is required for authentication, role-based access control, and communication within the app.
When using the App, users may provide:
Feedback titles and descriptions
Comments on feedback
Images or videos uploaded as part of feedback
This data is stored securely and is visible only to authorized users based on role and project access.
To ensure stability and improve the app experience, we collect limited technical data, including:
App usage events
Screen navigation data
Crash logs and error diagnostics
Device and OS information (non-identifiable)
We collect:
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens
These tokens are used only to deliver push notifications related to:
Feedback creation
Feedback assignment
Feedback status updates

Authenticate users and manage sessions
Enforce role-based access control
Enable feedback submission, tracking, and resolution
Send invite and system emails
Deliver push notifications
Monitor app crashes and performance

The App uses Resend to send:
Account invitation emails
Onboarding and activation emails
Email addresses are used strictly for system-related communication and are never shared for marketing purposes.
The App integrates third-party services to improve reliability and user experience:
Firebase Crashlytics
Used to detect and diagnose application crashes and errors.
Firebase Analytics
Used to understand how users interact with the app (e.g., screen views, engagement).
Microsoft Clarity
Used to analyze aggregated user interaction patterns and identify usability improvements.
These tools do not collect personally identifiable content such as feedback text, comments, or media.
User data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL & Storage).
Authentication is handled through secure session-based mechanisms.
Media files are stored in protected storage and accessed via controlled URLs.
Access to data is restricted based on user role and permissions.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
We do not share personal data with third parties except:
When required to operate essential services (e.g., authentication, notifications, crash reporting)
When required by law or legal obligations
All third-party services comply with industry-standard security practices.
User data is retained only as long as the account remains active or as required for operational purposes.
Feedback, comments, and media remain available to authorized users until deleted by Admins or Super Admins.
Crash and analytics data is retained according to third-party service policies.
Users have the right to:
Access their personal data
Request correction of incorrect information
Request account deactivation or deletion (subject to organizational policies)
Requests can be made through the system administrator.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
