ClickBait AI ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Photos & Images: Photos you upload are used only to generate your thumbnail. We do not store, upload, or share your photos. Images are discarded immediately after processing.
• Prompts: Text prompts are sent to our AI provider to generate your thumbnail. We do not store prompts linked to your identity.
• Purchase Information: All payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details — only a confirmation of your subscription status.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated statistics (e.g. number of thumbnails generated) to improve the app. This cannot be linked back to you.

3. How We Use Your Information
• To generate thumbnails from your prompts and images
• To verify and manage your subscription status

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Photo Library Access
We access your photo library only when you explicitly choose to upload a photo or save a generated thumbnail. We do not scan or index your library.

5. In-App Purchases
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime through Apple ID settings.

6. Third-Party AI Service
Thumbnail generation uses an AI image generation service. Your text prompt is sent to this service to create your image. No personally identifiable information is shared with this provider.

7. Data Retention
We do not run servers that store your images or prompts. Subscription status is stored locally on your device via Apple's standard system and can be cleared by deleting the app. The third-party AI provider used is OpenAI (openai.com). Only your text prompt is sent. Photos you upload are transmitted directly to OpenAI's API for image generation and are not stored.

8. Children's Privacy
ClickBait AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Your Rights
