The Scientific Program Committee and co-chairs Dr. Logan Spector and Dr. Pei-Chen Lee invite you to submit an abstract to be considered for presentation at the 2025 CLIC Scientific Meeting in vibrant Taipei, Taiwan.
Proposals for Poster Presentations in all areas of childhood cancer research are welcome. Topics may include cancer epidemiology, and genetics, as well as specialized topics such as infections, rare leukemia subtypes, birth characteristics, early-life exposures, environmental and occupational factors, and disparities in childhood cancer research. Submissions addressing innovative methodologies, and emerging research initiatives will be particularly welcome.
We invite clinicians, researchers, and scientists from all disciplines to submit Poster Abstracts, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to address the challenges in childhood cancer research and treatment.
January 1, 2025: Submission Begins
February 21, 2025: Deadline for Abstract Submissions
February 28, 2025: Poster Abstract Decisions Sent
March 12, 2025: Deadline for ePoster File Submissions
Please submit your abstract to the CLIC Program Manager Iris Parshley at parsh031@umn.edu before the deadline.
The abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
Abstracts, excluding titles and author information, must not exceed 300 words.
Tables and graphs are not permitted within submissions.
Must include OBJECTIVES, METHODS, RESULTS, and CONCLUSION.
E-Poster Format: All posters will be displayed electronically during the poster session.
Slide Requirements:
Prepare one PowerPoint slide for your poster.
The slide must be in landscape orientation.

Your poster can include data, graphs, images, and statistical tables to support your research.
