AES is used by most tournament hosts to promote organization and attempt to provide a means of communication to players, parents, and coaches on play times, dates, site locations, and court numbers. It is a website that is available to everyone and has apps that can replace or accompany the website in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Tournament hosts will generally publish their schedules the Wednesday before play. Schedules can change at a moment's notice, so be sure to double check your schedule the day before playing. Larger tournaments will begin to put teams into their first day pools much earlier than the Wednesday before play, but again all schedules are tentative until the day of play.
For the vast majority of tournaments, games that are played after your first initial pool will be scheduled after the pool has finished and all teams are ranked. Just because there are no games scheduled after your pool doesn't necessarily mean that your team will be finished playing for the day. There can be tiebreakers or additional pool play that can occur the same day and even on different courts. If you have questions, please ask your coach.
