Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Clear Signal: Practice Hearing God’s Voice (“Clear Signal” or “the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of App
Clear Signal is for personal, non-commercial use only. The app is intended for users 13 and older. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
Religious Content Disclaimer
Clear Signal is a Christian discernment training app designed to help users practice distinguishing God’s voice from other voices through daily practice cards, a discernment journal, and foundational lessons. The content reflects a Christian perspective and is rooted in scripture.
All content provided in the app, including practice scenarios, lessons, journal prompts, voice categorizations (such as Flesh, Accuser, Pride, Fear), and any guidance offered, is for educational, devotional, and personal reflection purposes only. It is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, professional spiritual direction, mental health treatment, or medical advice.
We make no claims or guarantees about specific spiritual outcomes, answers to prayer, or what you will or will not hear from God. Discernment is personal, and the app is a training tool — not an authority on God’s voice in your life.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, spiritual abuse, or any situation requiring professional help, please contact a qualified counselor, pastor, or emergency services. Do not rely on the app for crisis support.
No Medical or Mental Health Advice
Clear Signal is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a diagnosis or treatment of any condition. If you have any health or mental health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

No Subscriptions or Payments
Clear Signal is free to use. There are no paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, paywalls, or advertisements. We do not collect payment information.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you create in the app, including journal entries, scenario answers, and testimony submissions. By using the app, you grant Clear Signal a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing you with the app’s features.
If you choose to submit a testimony through the in-app testimony form, you grant us permission to review your submission and, if we contact you and you agree, to potentially share your story (in part or in full) through Clear Signal channels such as the app itself, the website, or associated content. We will not publicly share your testimony without your explicit consent.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, features, scenarios, lessons, and code in Clear Signal are owned by Clear Signal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Scripture references are drawn from publicly available translations and are used in accordance with the licensing terms of each translation.
Data Deletion
Clear Signal does not require an account or login. Most of your data — including your name, voice preferences, streaks, card completion history, and lesson progress — is stored locally on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
Some data (practice card answers, journal entries, and testimony submissions) is stored on our servers and tied to an anonymous user ID. If you want this server-side data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Clear Signal available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability or loss of data due to service disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Signal and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to spiritual decisions, life choices, emotional responses to app content, or actions taken based on what you believe you discerned through using the app.
Your use of Clear Signal is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend access to the app or remove user-submitted content if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the app, its creator, or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Clear Signal is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable local law.
