Pierce Krone
Lead Coach, Creator of Clear Purple
Pierce Krone was immediately hooked on motorsport from a young age. Rental karting from the age of 10, he began to build speed quickly. Having run leagues for a few years, it was time to kick it up a notch. Proceeding to go through the Bertil Roos Racing School, Lucas Oil School of Racing, and the Skip Barber Racing School, Pierce spent a couple of years in the American E Kart Championship. During this time, some part-time rides in multiple Formula Vee series took place. With the past three years consisting of Sportscar Vintage Racing Association races, Pierce has consistently run at the front in Group 1 competition and has won multiple races in both Groups 1 and 9. Currently, Pierce has seat time in Formula Vee, Formula 2000, North American Formula 1000, and Endurance Karting planned for the foreseeable future.

Doug Obermeyer
Doug is an avid motorsports enthusiast and enjoys teaching others how to improve their race craft. He started in karts and then moved onto racing cars in 2015. He has competed in multiple classes and with multiple organizations including NASA, SVRA, & VSCDA. He has raced Stock Cars, Trans AM cars, Spec Miata, and Formula Vee. He is a graduate of the Mid-Ohio, SVRA, and VSCDA driver’s schools. He has significant experience at tracks such as Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course, Road America, Autobahn Country Club, Gingerman Raceway, Grattan Raceway, Putnam Park Road Course, and National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park. He looks forward to helping you on your performance driving journey. He is available for coaching anywhere in the United States.

Matt Haas
Matt Haas grew up with a passion for motorsport. With years of rental kart experience, Matt pushed himself to new levels. A Bertil Roos School graduate, Matt ran in the Race Series with multiple wins in his first season. Today, Matt helps run the lead United States rental karting series, the Touring Kart Championship, fields plenty of entries in Endurance Karting, and has endurance racing experience with Spec Miatas.

Steven Krone
Steven Krone found his passion for motorsports at a young age. Throughout his years, the passion continued in a driving role. A rental kart aficionado, Steven Krone is well known in the LA region for his outright speed and methodical approach to finding time. When away from the track, Steven can often be found honing his profession in the sim racing world, leading the Krone Autosport Sim Racing Team.
