ClearOut – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ClearOut application (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using ClearOut, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the App
ClearOut is designed to help you organize your photo library by allowing you to keep or delete photos with swipe gestures.
You are solely responsible for the photos you choose to delete or keep. Deleted photos are moved to the iOS “Recently Deleted” album and can be permanently removed by the system after a period defined by Apple.
We are not responsible for any unintended deletion of photos or videos.
2. Privacy
ClearOut does not collect, store, or transmit your photos, videos, or personal data.
All processing happens locally on your device.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions
ClearOut may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
ClearOut, including its design, logo, and content, is the intellectual property of the developer and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
ClearOut is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any loss of data, device issues, or damages arising from the use of the App.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website, with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
