What do you mean by that?
Can we think alternate meaning of engineering for better life, relationships, family, friends and happiness.
Can we define Re-engineering in one way as, in a mission for doing ‘work’ we love? Not for the money; for the love of work itself. Waking up every day will never be the same when you've got to do work you love. I think most of us agree with this. Money can give us few materialistic happiness, but the real happiness lies in being content/satisfied with what we have.
Can we think Re-engineering as, the decision to take every piece of our life and put it back together in a way that works?

How does the course work:
This course is called as ‘Self re-engineering for better performance’. This is an activity based 5 days program. This course is designed with self-work approach. It will help you to self-analyse yourself, so that you can understand your performance and potential. This is not limited to particular field. You need not have any mandatory qualification to do this. It will help you to introspect and identify the challenges and limitations within you.
Before you could get into this course you should:
· Admit to yourself that you have challenges (it could be biggest or smallest one).
· Admit that you are a diamond, which can shine more and more with getting polished more and more.
· If you have zero or minimum belief in yourself. Then you yourself are your worst enemy. Acknowledge this fact, it will change things for you.
How the word- ‘reengineering’ did evolve? And how did we come up with an idea.
In the early 1990's, Michael Hammer and James Champy published a book, “Reengineering the Corporation”, that stated that in some cases, radical redesign and reorganization within a company were the only way to reduce costs and improve service quality.
We CLF have adopted this concept and named it as Self-Re-engineering, to mean that, radical redesign and reorganization within our mind, relationships, abilities, and beliefs, we can have a really soothing, contented, peaceful and quality life.
