Clear Summit was founded by J Lewis in 2018 after years of helping friends and family members purchase homes and/or to capitalize on the use of their land. J Lewis is a certified home inspector in Pennsylvania with an engineering degree from Penn State and years of experience in both home construction and engineering. With a lifetime of experience in land management through ranching and farming, we can also help you with your land management plan. 

Clear Summit is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InternNACHI). All Clear Summit home inspection follow InterNACHI guidelines. Clear Summit home inspections are non-biased and never influence by agents or contractors. We provide honest quality work and only serve you as a client. We are also highly respectful of the home owners and assure them the same experience of quality. We leave the home as we found it, and we may even pull some leaves out of your gutter while the ladder is up!
