1. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the job begins.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Debit or Credit card, or Venmo.
We do not accept checks.
2. Late Payments
Invoices not paid within 10 days of service completion are considered past due.
A $25 late fee may be added, and 1.5% monthly interest (18% annually) may accrue on unpaid balances until paid in full.
Failure to pay within 30 days may result in the account being sent to a licensed collection agency.
The customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, fees, and expenses incurred in recovering the outstanding balance.
Unpaid or chronic late accounts may also result in refusal of future service.
3. Scheduling & Access
Customer is responsible for ensuring Clear-Cut Cleaning has safe and reasonable access to the property during the scheduled time.
If we arrive and are unable to access the property (locked gates, pets, no one home for interior work, etc.), a $25 trip fee may apply.
4. Residential Service Requirements
Residential exterior window cleaning and other exterior services require:
A working outdoor water spigot (hose hookup)
An accessible electrical outlet, if needed for tools or equipment
If these are not available and no prior arrangement is made, Clear-Cut Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the job and may charge a $25 trip fee for lost time and travel.
5. Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, unless due to emergency or unsafe weather conditions.
6. Weather & Safety
In the event of high winds, lightning, or unsafe working conditions, Clear-Cut Cleaning reserves the right to postpone or cancel service at our discretion. Rescheduling will be offered as soon as conditions allow.
7. Service Quality Guarantee
If you notice an issue with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We’ll make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
8. Injury and Liability
Clear-Cut Cleaning is insured and takes great care during all services. However, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to windows, screens, siding, gutters, trim, etc.
Water intrusion due to faulty seals, loose frames, or poor caulking
Scratches or damage caused by previously applied film, paint, or debris
Stains or buildup that cannot be safely removed without risk of damage
Hard water, oxidation, or issues outside our control
Clear-Cut Cleaning is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe property conditions, negligence, or unrestrained animals. If an employee is injured due to such hazards, the customer may be held liable for related medical costs or damages.
Customers must ensure pets are secured during service to prevent harm or interference.
9. Photography & Marketing
Clear-Cut Cleaning may take before-and-after photos of work performed for quality assurance and marketing purposes. No personal or identifying information about the customer or property will be shared without consent. Customers may request that photos of their property not be used for marketing at the time of service.
10. Agreement
By scheduling or accepting services from Clear-Cut Cleaning, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and payment policies stated above.
