The Service Provider may disclose user‑provided and automatically collected data:
When required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process;

You may stop all data collection by the App at any time by uninstalling it using your device’s standard uninstall procedure or via the app marketplace.
The Service Provider retains user‑provided data for the period you use the App plus a reasonable time afterward. To request deletion of data you provided, contact the Service Provider at tommyz05go@gmail.com, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13. The App is not intended for users under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted information, contact us at tommyz05go@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of your information using physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards.
