Basic Cleaning
Decluttering, dusting, sweeping and mopping. For houses in decent condition, meaning not many stains or deep cleaning necessities. Not a lot of organizing required. Minimum trash build up.
This will typically be one session and cost $50 - $100 depending on the size of the house and the amount of clutter
Deep Clean
This can be quite an extensive mess, with staining, pet mess, piles of trash, heavy disorganization. I will go as far as requested, with specific details being followed. I know what it's like to not want certain things/areas touched and will respect that.
This will typically be two or more sessions, depending on the extent of the work necessary. Price heavily varies, costing usually over $100 per session. Better estimations will be given upon request of services.
Moving Out
This is a service catered towards cleaning houses/apartments just moved out of. We cannot do furniture assistance, only trash removal and surface cleaning.
This service will also vary greatly, starting at $75 for a small amount of mess
Regular Cleanings
For return customers there will be a base price of $75 per session for a one bedroom apartment size (800 sq ft or less) for houses that we have cleaned previously for upkeep. If your house is inspected to be in decent condition for this price without us having cleaned previously this price applies. For more extensive regular messes or larger homes the price may change.
